Right to object and to an automated individual decision-making.
When your personal data is processed by my company for prospecting purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for such purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such prospection.

8. How long does my company keep your data ?

Unless the law imposes a different duration, your data is kept for a limited period, fixed as the law authorizes me, according to the purpose of the treatment, and not exceeding more than twenty years from the date of the concerned, in cases of questioning my extracontractual liability.

13. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These provisions will be governed, interpreted, executed and, if necessary, amended in accordance with Belgian law.

Any dispute that can not be settled amicably within a period not exceeding 1 (one) month from its occurrence, this period may be extended by mutual agreement, may be brought by the party most diligent before the Courts and Tribunals of the judicial district of Brussels, which will be the only ones competent.

14. Effective date
